Website use

Informational content

Materials on this site describe interior design USA capabilities in general terms. They do not constitute a binding proposal, quote, or contract unless confirmed in a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives.

Accuracy

We aim to keep site content accurate and current but do not warrant completeness or freedom from error. Images are representative of design styles and may not depict work performed for a specific client.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to disrupt the site, probe systems without authorization, harvest email addresses, or misrepresent your affiliation when contacting us.

Professional services

Any design engagement is governed by a written scope, schedule, and fee arrangement provided to you before work begins. Eurovanta Interior Studio is not a general contractor unless expressly stated in a signed agreement. Permits, code compliance, and construction quality remain the responsibility of licensed parties performing field work.

Change orders

Work outside the signed scope requires a written amendment. Verbal requests may be noted for discussion but do not bind either party until documented.

Fees and payment

Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within the period stated on each invoice. Late payment may pause work until balances are current. Taxes, if applicable, are shown separately where required.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and curated graphics are owned by Eurovanta or used under license. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute site content for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Custom drawings prepared for you are licensed for your project as specified in your services agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eurovanta and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from site use or inability to use the site. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the site alone (excluding separately signed professional services agreements) shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eurovanta from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms, except where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Cook County, Illinois shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
